A Waterlogged Weekend

This past weekend we enjoyed lots of water fun! On Saturday we spent the afternoon at Erik and Rachel's with all of the Van Dyks. We had a great time.

Scott and Josiah played some hoops. Later on we all played Bump--it was so fun!

We ended the pool-time with a rousing game of watermelon polo! What fun! We used a real watermelon which is great fun to pass under water, and still floats! We used it til it cracked :(

Then, on Monday, we joined Jeff and Tracie at the Grand River for waterskiing and tubing! What a lot of fun that was! Here is Jon waiting in the water to be pulled up.

And, after about 10 years and two tries... he was up!

And Jonathan waterskied! It took two tries and he was up--not for very long, but he made it!
